Noctua NM-i4189 Intel Xeon LGA4189 Mounting Bracket

The NM-i4189 is for installing Noctua DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 CPU coolers onto Intel LGA4189 motherboards.

The NM-i4189 mounting-kit enables the installation of Noctua’s DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series coolers to Intel’s LGA4189 platform (Whitley), for Ice Lake-SP based 3rd generation Xeon Scalable (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) processors and W-3300 series workstation CPUs (Ice Lake-64L). Integrating standard Intel parts such as the anti-tilt mechanism, Torx T30 PEEK nuts and LGA4189-4 (P4) CPU carrier frame, the NM-i4189 is fully compliant with Intel’s installation guidelines and provides a familiar mounting procedure for experienced LGA4189 users. A Torx T30 mounting tool is included.

Please note: The NM-i4189 is only compatible with DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series heatsinks and cannot be used with any other Noctua cooler.

The scope of delivery includes an LGA4189-4 (P4) type CPU carrier frame for Intel Ice Lake-SP and Ice Lake-64L series processors (Whitley platform). However, the mounting system also supports P5 type LGA4189 sockets (LGA4189-5) for Intel Cooper Lake based processors. CPU carrier frames for LGA4189-5 are available on request via Noctua support.
